While I was going through the CD of horrible Ritz scans, I also found this one to be really bad, yet previously uploaded in unedited form, so I decided to limit my humiliation and upload an edit of it too. Getting to the original shot, I still don't remember how I got it. I probably wedged the camera against something and hoped for the best. The film was only Kodachrome 200, so it would have been a difficult shot to get. The reason that it was my first-ever shot of an Acela Express had to do, in fact, with the inadequate light in Philadelphia 30th Street, as this is New York Penn at the end of my journey (before changing to the Empire Service). |
